סמינר פעילים הינו סמינר שבטי שיתקיים לראשונה במקביל לסמינר הדרכה ומנהיגות.  הסמינר מיועד לכל צוותי הפעילים של שבט גלים.

בדומה לסמינר הדרכה, גם כאן התכנים יהיו מקצועיים ויעסקו בעיקר בנושא הצופיות, אך ישלב גם פעילויות כיפיות וגיבוש. את הסמינר יעביר ראש צוות צופיות לצוותי הפעילים.

Pe’ilim Seminar is a new Shevet Galim seminar that will held in parallel to the Training and Leadership Seminar. This seminar is intended for all of Shevet Galim’s Pe’imlim teams.

The seminar will focus on building the necessary skills for the roles, with a focus on Scouting, together with elements of team-building and fun. The seminar will be conducted under the leadership of the Scouting Team Lead.
