סמינר הדרכה ומנהיגות הינו סמינר הנהגתי אליו מגיעים מדריכי ט ורשגדים מכל החוף המערבי. 

הסמינר, המועבר על ידי המרכזים הבוגרים בהנהגה עוסק כולו בהגדרת התפקיד ובהתמקצעות. הסמינר עובר באחוות מעורבבות מכלל השבטים בחוף המערבי ויוצר חברויות חדשות בין השבטים.

סמינר הדרכה ומנהיגות הוא הזדמנות מעולה בשביל הילדים להבין את התפקיד שלהם טוב יותר,לשתף ולהציף בעיות וכמו כן ללמוד מנסיונם של אחרים. הילדים חוזרים מהסמינר מלאי מוטיבציה לתפקידם ועם הרבה יותר ידע.

The Training and Leadership Seminar is a seminar held by and run by Hanhagat Tzabar.  The seminar is for madrichim of the 9th grade course, and rashgadim from all of the Western troops.  The seminar will take place in Los Angeles. 

The seminar is conducted by the Merakzim from Hanhagat Tzabar, and helping define the participants’ roles, provide tools, and to continue to raise the level of their instruction.

The seminar is an excellent opportunity for the children to better understand their role, raise and share problems they’ve encountered, and learn from the experience of others. The children return from the seminary with a lot of motivation for their roles and with a lot more knowledge.
